Easy to schedule with great communication. I called Nelson for a partial clog, and he showed up, looked around, and asked just enough questions to determine the least intrusive and most efficient way to fix the problem. Explained everything clearly, and even pointed out everything else about my 40 year old plumbing system that could use some work, but in a completely non-salesy way. Had a way about him that made my wife and I feel totally at ease having him working in our house. Fair and clear pricing. All around as good as the experience could be while dealing with a plumbing issue.
